Will Weather Ruin Tomorrow's 4th Of July Celebrations?

After another night of soaking rains in the Twin Cities and southern Minnesota, things are finally drying out as Tuesday will shape up to be quite nice once morning fog and clouds clear. 

High temps soar into the mid-80s Tuesday with plenty of summertime humidity making it feel a bit warm outside, but a break from the rain will be nice. But all nice weather must end, and more rain and storms are in the forecast for Thursday and Friday.
