Flooding A Very Real & Scary Threat To Parts Of Minnesota

This has been weighing on my head and heart.....it's pretty much an annual occurrence, but this year seems a lot more serious. I have a bunch of family and some friends in this parts. Going to be thinking about them. Things are already tough, all the rain makes it real real hard on farmers, which is the backbone of my Mom's side of the family.

Multiple bouts of heavy rain deluged parts of southern Minnesota Sunday and early Monday. All of the water – as much as 7 inches in some cases – have caused a rise in river levels that's led to a bevy of flood warnings issued by the National Weather Service.
