Waffle Bar in Uptown already has some of the most incredible flavors in the Twin Cities right now, but before we get to that, you need to know about the amazingness of Bubble Waffles.
Imagine a waffle, but with pillows of crunchy-exterior, soft-interior wrapped around the smoothest ice cream and completed with incredible toppings. They already have great flavors where they top their ice cream with cereal, candy, and even full clouds of cotton candy.
Starting July 1st, they'll premiere their new summer flavors, which have some noticeably exciting ingredients.
First up of my favorites is the BrrrBerry. You'll get yourself raspberry chocolate chip ice cream, fresh raspberries, a raspberry cookie, and a Ghirardelli chocolate square.
