The Orono mansion previously owned by Irwin and Alexandra Jacobs is on sale just two months after their deaths, Bring Me The News reports.

The pair were found dead in their 1700 Shoreline Drive home in April. Their deaths were ruled a murder-suicide.

Built in 1939, the 30,874-square-foot mansion in Orono sits between Lake Minnetonka and Tanager Lake. It boasts 6 bedrooms, 10 total bathrooms, 8 fireplaces, a 6 car garage, and all the other rooms essential to mansion living including a library, sun room, and office.

The asking price is $11,995,000 and is listed by Coldwell Banker Burnet.
