A waffle house that made its name on the streets of New York City has selected Minnesota for its first location outside the Big Apple.
Wafels & Dinges, which has a dozen food truck and kiosk locations scattered across Manhattan, will land at the Mall of America later this year.
It'll open its new space on Level 3, West, serving up its own version of "LiĆØge style" Belgian waffles.
