Minneapolis-St.Paul Makes the List Again for the Healthiest Cities

Well Minnesota! We should be proud because we have made the list once again! The American College of Sports Medicine together with Anthem Foundation have released the ACSM American Fitness Index Rankings for the healthiest cities in America. In the list, Minneapolis ranked number 3 on the list while St. Paul snagged the 7th place spot overall. Who came in at number one? Well, that would be Arlington, VA.

Both Minnesota cities earned recognition for specific areas of fitness. To no one's surprise, Minneapolis had the highest Bike Score at 81.9 (compared to the nationwide average of 50.1) while St. Paul ranked highest for most baseball diamonds per 10k people with a score of 5.1 (compared to the nationwide average of 1.7).
