Minnesota Ranks #3 by U.S. News and World Report

According to a new survey in the 2019 "Best States" ranking from U.S. News & World Report, Minnesota has come in third place. The report was organized around eight major categories, These include, infrastructure, economy, education and health care to name a few. You may be asking...who came in second and first? Well, that would be New Hampshire sitting at number two while Washington state came in at number one on the ranking with Utah and Vermont coming in at fourth and fifth place.

Now, with any ranking there's also the "worst" in the list. According to the survey, New Mexico, West Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana all came in at the bottom five.
