Britney's mother Lynne reportedly asked for an emergency hearing in court to save her daughter.
According to the Daily Mail, Lynne Spears wants the emergency hearing to happen so she can "gain access to her daughter's medical information and treatment plan," insisting she should step in because her conservator father Jamie is too ill.
Britney recently completed a 30-day stay at a mental health center after her medications "stopped working," according to a source (via TMZ).
The singer is still under a court-ordered permanent conservatorship of her father and attorney, which has been in place since she was put on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold in 2008.
