Beto O'Rourke To Visit Minneapolis, Lakeville This Wednesday

More details have been released about Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke's visit to Minnesota this week.

The Texan, who ran last year in the U.S. Senate race in his native state, narrowly losing to Ted Cruz,will fly into the Twin Cities on Wednesday.

He'll first head south to Lakeville, where a meet-and-greet event is planned at Angry Inch Brewing at 20841 Holyoke Avenue between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.

From then, he'll head to Edison High School in Northeast Minneapolis, where he will hold a town hall between 6:10 p.m. and 7:40 p.m.

O'Rourke is the second prominent Democratic candidate to head to Minnesota this week, which follows Pete Buttigieg attending a fundraiser in St. Paul and a rally at the Fine Line in Minneapolis this past Thursday.

The latest Democratic primary polls have O'Rourke in 5th place in the presidential primary running, while Buttigieg is in 4th.
