One woman's husband was arrested after he allegedly crashed his car intentionally, just so he would go to court. He REALLY just wanted to discuss the marital issues he was having with his wife.
According to officers (via Daily Mail), 37-year-old Joel Amaya intentionally rear-ended a vehicle so he'd be taken to court. He reportedly said he was having problems with his wife and just needed "a way to go to court to discuss problems."
He was told by officers that there are other ways to go about resolving those issues.
Amaya was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a class C felony in Tennessee, where the incident occurred. Read more here.
