Yes a pizza with M&M's:
UMMM WHAT?! Mia is literally rushing to the ball at this time. How could she possibly have time to go to a pizza place, put M&Ms on a pizza, and get it delivered to Michael?
I know what you're thinking...she probably just called and placed the order...
But even if she did call, did she just assume that a pizza place would have M&Ms to put on a pizza?
