Well, this is a nice surprise! It was announced that Disney's new streaming service will be releasing a sequel series to one the most beloved movies out there, The Sandlot. Writer and director of the original movie revealed back in March that the series would be coming but before that we didn't know where. The best part, the series will star the original cast. The kids from the original movie will now be adults with children of their own.
I don't know about you, but once Disney+ becomes available, this will be one the first shows I'm binge watching.
