With Caribou Coffee opening it's gorgeous new store in Edina, it comes with a whole new selection of menu items that are completely drool-worthy.
Not only are they introducing fresh cookies and donuts glazed in-store, they've added a whole line of ice cream infused coffee drinks.
With an absolute sweet tooth like mine, I am obsessed with their new cold press floats. What makes it even better is they combine their perfect cold press coffee with local legend Izzy's Ice Cream.
To get the float you'll need to head to the new Caribou location which is hosting it's Grand Opening on Friday, April 12 at 5000 Vernon Ave in Edina. Trust me, even if you live far away, this will make it worth the drive.
