Flooding Has Shut Down A Metro Area State Park

One of Minnesota's most-visited state parks is all but closed due to rising waters.

Fort Snelling State Park, tucked between the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers in the Twin Cities, is almost completely flooded,according to its website.
