A man in possession of material that could've been used to make explosives was arrested in Eden Prairie early Monday morning.
A 64-year-old man called 911 at 5:52 a.m. from his home in the 18000 block of Erin Bay reporting that a man he knew showed up at his door , and then left and started driving around the area in a U-Haul pickup truck.
