In this video I talk about my newly re-built K'nex ball machine at The Works Museum, including the design and construction process, problems I faced, and how I solved them.
This machine has over 115,000 pieces, 12 paths, 4 motors, and 3 lifts, including a computer-controlled dual elevator lift. I will be making more videos covering different aspects of the machine in greater detail in the near future.
