St. Paul Restaurant To Close After Developer Buys Building, Hikes Rent 400%

A restaurant in St. Paul will be closing its doors next month after a developer bought its building and said they'd be hiking its rent by 400 percent.
The announcement was madeon the just/us Facebook page,which confirmed it'll be closing its doors at 465 Wabasha St. N. on Apr. 20.
The restaurant only opened last spring, offering "approachable fine dining" with an ever-changing tasting menu, along with an 18 percent service charge (no tipping) that is divided between all of its employees.
