I'm pretty bad at baking, that said, this kid is still probably better than me. In fairness, I enjoy being in the kitchen......I'm just more into the blues.....aka cooking.....messing around with textures and flavors......I view baking more as perfectly polished pop music, or science, with perfect measurements and etc. And cooking is more wingin' it.......experimenting.
ANYWAY, nonetheless, this kid can bake!
