It's not very often that all 87 counties in Minnesota are under the gun for stormy weather, but that's the case this week as a very powerful low-pressure system will cause rain and flooding along with winter storm conditions in parts of the state.
The only parts of Minnesota that will possibly reach winter storm warning criteria are up in north/northwest areas,where 2-8 inches of snowalong with wind gusts of 40-55 mph are possible Wednesday night into Thursday.
