The scooters are coming back and in greater numbers too! For those who live downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul can all agree those rental scooters were everywhere during the warmer months! Now, it looks like Minneapolis is looking to add more. According to city officials, the number of electric scooters could grow upwards to 2,000 under a new agreement. Hmmm...maybe I should sell my car?
