Woman Finds Man Hiding In Her Closet Doing the Creepiest Thing

Guilford County Sheriff

A man was arrested after doing the creepiest thing in one woman's closet.

According to BuzzFeed , a student at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro found a man inside her closet wearing her clothes. She told Fox 8 she noticed her items kept going missing, and thought she had a ghost in her apartment because she "consistently" locked her door and didn't see any sign of a break-in.

"I just hear rattling in my closet. It sounded like a raccoon in my closet," she said. "I'm like, 'Who's there?' And somebody answers, 'Me.' He's like, 'Oh my name is Drew.' I open the door and he's in there, wearing all of my clothes."

The man, identified as Andrew Swofford, was booked with $26,600 bond on suspicion of breaking and entering, identity theft, larceny, possessing stolen goods, and failing to appear in court in connection with previous cases.

The building management told Fox 8 that the student (who lives with a roommate) had her locks changed in December for a previous break-in in which the roommates found two men inside their apartment. The women now plan to move out.
