The Twin Cities are under a winter weather advisory tonight, and the heaviest snowfall is expected overnight mixed with brutally low temperatures.
According to Fox 9, tonight's snow storm will see the heaviest snowfall after midnight with flurries, slick roads, and winds at 5-15 mph.
Tuesday morning's commute may be problematic due to the frigid temperatures freezing over snow crystals. In the metro, 1-3 inches are expected.
