This Harry Potter Gingerbread House Is Holiday Goals

This Harry Potter-inspired gingerbread castle will inspire you on National Gingerbread House Day, Wednesday, December 12. (And all season long!)

Reynolds Kitchens (the people that make your parchment paper) created this magical masterpiece and shared a time lapse video of the 30-hour process.  

According to Elite Daily, the three-person team worked around the clock using gingerbread, cake, rice crispy treats, and fondant icing. The Hogwarts gingerbread house weighs 60 pounds and is approximately 4 feet wide, 3 feet long, and 3 feet tall.
