Yes, bands used to perform at record stores! And it was super cool. I miss those days. I would've LOVED to have been there for this.....Tower Records in NY.
Wanna talk about stripped down and casual. Sitting in chairs, surrounded by albums, constant feedback, sometimes Eddie uses the mic, sometimes not. Impromptu interaction with fans.
Also cool to see a band just giving it all. No excuses. Clearly, Eddie has no voice, but they perform anyway and with relative reckless abandon......not concerned with how or if it could impact the future. Just living in the moment. They seemed genuinely appreciative that people would come down to a record store to see them, as well.
I just love this.
