Rescuers saved these dogs from a flooded kennel in North Carolina just in time.
According to the Associated Press (via KARE 11), rescuers waded knee-deep through the Florence floodwater in Leland, North Carolina, after they heard howling from a flooded neighborhood. They discovered six dogs locked inside a flooded outdoor kennel.
