Uptown's Suburban World Theatre sold recently and will return this spring.
According to Finance & Commerce (via City Pages), the venue was purchased for $1.5 million by Minneapolis-based Grained Apple LLC from a Florida-based company.
The 6,000 square foot space will reportedly return as a music and event venue. See a rendering of the inside here, and read more here.
