National Fajita Day Deals in the Twin Cities

National Fajita Day is on Saturday, August 18, and these restaurants have deals just for the occasion. 

This holiday, made up by On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, has caught on and I'm so happy about it. Why wouldn't I be? Fajitas are delish and need to be celebrated. 

While we don't have an On The Border here in Minnesota, plenty of other restaurants here are making up for it. 

Chili's has a three for $10 deal where, only on National Fajita Day, chicken fajitas will be included as one of the select entrees. Applebee's has the $1 Strawberry Dollarita special right now. 

And yes, Chipotle is getting in on the fun...only for students. Free burritos, tacos, salads, and kids meals for students students are up for grabs on Saturday, August 18 only, according to Sun Sentinel. 

If you couldn't care less about fajitas and Dollaritas, Dairy Queen also has a pretty sweet thing going on where you get a free small Blizzard treat at participating locations when you download their app and register for an account.
