I hesitate to judge and call people idiots because I feel that's become to easy, especially here on the interwebs, but I can't figure out what to call this other than just idiotic. Maybe if you're young and dumb? But this is just careless and reckless. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Although, the horse did take a dump inside Walmart........
