Sofie is the baby daughter of internationally renowned yoga couple Claudine and Honza Lafond, who created Yoga Beyond.
Baby Sofie is currently in Thailand, where her parents are running a yoga teacher training program along with yoga personalities Dice Iida-Klein and Briohny Smyth. Dice took a break from all the yoga to whip out his ukulele and sing with Sofie. Cue the 'cuteness overload.'
