1 cup rosé wine1½ ounces gelatin powder½ cup sugar
1. Heat wine in a microwave-safe container for 1 minute, or until hot.
2. Mix sugar and gelatin into the wine and stir with a whisk until dissolved.
3. Pour mixture into molds. Add fruit if desired.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Enjoy as is, or with a glass of bubbles!
