According to the uploader of the clip, an argument formed when one customer got upset that another customer was standing too close to her in the checkout line.
The two began arguing and the Bath & Body Works employees attempted to deescalate the situation. That's when one of the customers was reportedly belligerent and started pushing other customers. She then refused to leave the store and that's when the clip apparently begins.
