Authorities are on the scene of a fatal crash that has shut down part of Hwy. 55 in Inver Grove Heights Wednesday morning. The Minnesota State Patrol says westbound Hwy. 55 is closed at Argenta Trail and will be for an extended period of time. FULL STORY HERE
