*DING* 'oh, I wonder who's texting me? Oh my kids diaper is texting me..." That's the conversation you could be having with yourself when Pampers unveils Lumi, their new line of smart diapers that alerts parents when the baby needs changing via text message. It does more than that however. The diaper also tracks the baby's sleep time and tracks the number of potty breaks, but not how often it poops. Like other products, Lumi includes a baby monitor that enables parents to watch the baby via an app. The diapers will come only in sizes zero to four and is coming as early as this fall.
No price point is released yet for this product, but is this just unnecessary or will you be trying it?
