Body cam footage shows a deputy ripping open a plastic bag with an alive newborn baby inside.
The baby is said to be "thriving" after it was discovered wrapped in a plastic bag in the woods on June 6, the Daily Mail reports. Right now authorities are searching for the mother of this child.
