Seven Cute Minneapolis Houses For Sale Under $200,000

Now that summer is over, you can get really good deals on cute homes in the Twin Cities. These are seven listings that caught my eye, and they're all priced under $200K.

I'm not affiliated with these listings, the owners, or the sellers' agents in any way (that I know of?). I'm just sharing cute homes that met my criteria of 1) updated kitchen, 2) great photographs, 3) it looks like the sellers cared for the property because it's in really good shape. Pretty basic criteria, but these homes are super cute.
