Valleyfair to Hire More Than 1,500 Seasonal Associates for 2022 Season
Starting Pay of $17/hour for Select Positions including Rides, Food & Beverage, and Lifeguards
Shakopee, MN (March 28, 2022) - Planning for the 2022 season at Valleyfair is underway and the amusement park has announced it will open to the public on Friday, May 20. In preparation for the upcoming season, the park has launched its recruitment campaign to fill thousands of positions across all departments.
"We have a great variety of jobs to offer any job seeker. That means we can extend opportunities that are a wonderful fit for each person's unique skills, talents, and personality," Melissa Lutz, Valleyfair's Human Resources Director, said, "We offer flexible schedules that are great for students, teachers, parents, retirees, and part-time job seekers."

To gear up for the new season, Valleyfair is holding an in-person hiring event at the park on April 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those interested can sign up online and everyone who completes an interview will receive a complimentary ticket to visit Valleyfair this season.
