My hair salon posted on their Instagram Tuesday, "We are Open", but then quickly retracted and posted an update from the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology at 9:06pm that the Governor's Executive Order DID include all spa-like businesses. They were ordered to be closed by 5:00pm yesterday, the same as bars and restaurants, until 5:00pm on Friday, March 27.
Looks like those nails and hair color are on hold, but it's a small price to pay for public safety.
