We recently found out our daughter had been doing something at school that both surprised us and made us quite proud of her.......
Here's what she did......in her words....
Elsie had been asking for additional snacks to be added to her lunch box for quite some time. So, we finally wanted to get to the bottom of it. Ya see, our Elsie is the type of girl who might be an easy target for an aggressive person or kid to maybe squeeze some extra treats out of, so we wanted to make sure something fishy wasn't going on. BUT, our understanding is the person Elsie helped out is maybe in a bit of a rough spot as far as getting all the food she needs. We're just so very very proud our little girl identified that and wanted to help. That her instinct would be to help someone that needs it, at age 7, her head and her heart are in the right place. Again, so proud.
