I Bet You Don't Even Remember This Bachelor's Season

We're finally at the point in Bachelor Nation where the past is all a blur. Way back in the day, we promised ourselves we'd remember that a REAL LIFE PRINCE was the Bachelor that one time, or how "romantic" it was when Dr. Travis Stork chose Sarah Stone (but did not propose). But we've now seen so many seasons of that show, in addition to The Bachelorette, with dozens of different storylines and it's getting really difficult to remember all of that.

As I watched the premiere of Peter Weber's season (which number are we on?), I randomly remembered the first Bachelor Ben that had the honor of choosing one lucky girl out of 25 women.

Ben Flajnik enraged everyone in 2011 when he proposed to the "villain," Courtney Robertson. When I remind you of this, you'll immediately remember: Courtney lured Ben into the ocean to go skinny dipping.

OH YEA THAT ONE.

Ben's history with the Bachelor franchise began on Ashley Hebert's season of Bachelorette, where she proposed to now-husband J.P. Rosenbaum. After proposing to Courtney on his season, the couple broke up briefly before getting back together...and then ultimately pulling the plug on their relationship altogether in late 2012.

Since the show aired, he's been romantically linked to Jennifer Love Hewitt and KRIS JENNER. The Jenner rumor fizzled out, however, when she appeared on Bachelor Live in 2016 to set t he record straight that there was nothing romantic going on between them.

According to Bustle, Flajnik celebrated his one-year anniversary with Yelp as the SF community manager, which told Reality Steve in a podcast episode that after years of entrepreneurship, working at Yelp "is the best decision [he's] made in years."

So random. And now you remember him.
