NW MN Man Charged With Killing Woman Who Told Him To "Hurry Up"

A northwest Minnesota man has been charged with murder after shooting a woman who had come to his house as a favor on New Year's Day. 

Angelo O. Borreson, 56, of rural Badger, is accused of shooting the woman after she told him to "hurry up," according to a criminal complaint that details the 2nd-degree murder charge Borreson is facing in Roseau County District Court. 

The deadly incident happened Jan. 1 on the 27800 block of County Road 4 near the City of Badger, with Borreson calling 911 and telling police that he "had shot her." The victim has been identified as 51-year-old Angela M. Wynne.
