For 30 years, Cities 97.1 has raised over $13M for charity and we are excited to continue that tradition with you!
The window is now open to apply for future proceeds from the sale of Cities Gives Back Live 2019!
It is unknown at this time exactly how much money will be generated, but our hope is that the sale of Cities Gives Back Live will raise over $600,000 for local non-profits!
Please be aware of the following guidelines:
Once you begin, you will not be able to save your application and return to it and you will not be able to go back to a previous question.Before proceeding, please be prepared to complete your application in it's entirely. To help you do this, please ensure you are prepared with the following: your organization name/mailing address/website/year founded, your organization's tax ID [501(c)], your overall mission statement, how much in proceeds have you received in the past (if any), the dollar amount you are requesting this year, the category in which the funds will be used, and specific examples of how your organization will use the funds received from the sale of Cities Gives Back Live 2019.

Be as specific as you can when outlining what the requested funds will be used for! We need to be able to accurately gauge the impact of these distributed funds - The more specific you can get, the better! (example: $5,000 would allow us to purchase 7 computers; outfit 3 classrooms, purchase one vehicle) PLEASE DO NOT JUST COPY & PASTE YOUR MISSION STATEMENT!

Limit one application per organization.
Deadline to submit through November 8th, 2019 at 12PM.
Only licensed and eligible non-profit organizations and charities active in the Cities 97.1 listening area in Minnesota/Western Wisconsin may apply.
Applications must be filled out completely to be considered.
Sampler grants are a ONE TIME gift. If your organization has received a Sampler grant in the past, you must fill out the application again to be considered this year.
