Matt Lindbo, a 19-year-old Eagle Scout from Redwood Falls, Minnesota, earned his 137th merit badge about a year ago, meaning he currently holds every badge possible, the Star Tribune reported.The organization awarded him his final badge, woodworking, just two days shy of his 18th birthday. Boys age out of the program when they turn 18.
